Jeff Marantz has spent 15 years in the mortgage lending business in Las Vegas. Prior to joining the lending business, he studied fire technology in Santa Barbara, as his dream was to become a fire fighter. Through a twist of fate, Jeff was discovered by The Anthony Robbins Company when they recognized his commitment to helping people and his keen desire to be a part of the fabric of the community.
Upon leaving the Robbins Organization, Jeff made his way to Las Vegas in 2003 where he began to learn the ropes of the mortgage business. He owned his own brokerage after a few years in the business. His company was a top producing team serving the likes of the top two builders in town and being the “in-house” lender at Century 21 Advantage Gold, which at the time was the top producing Century 21 office in the country. Jeff has many years experience in the structuring of loans geared towards finding the best solution for his borrowers. He is knowledgeable, professional, and helps his clients understand the home loan process.
Jeff likes to play racquetball in his spare time and loves to ride motorcycles. His favorite pastime is being a dad to his son Kohl.
